With over 75 years of combined leadership experience, the Caspers University cadre are responsible for the strategic direction of Caspers University. This includes everything from community relations, recruiting efforts, to talent management which impacts business development. They specialize in content & curriculum creation, individualized training, as well as leadership development. Together, they provide focused training solutions to all business needs.

Zamanta Triche

Training Manager

Zamanta Triche is the Training Manager for Caspers University, a department of Caspers Service Company. As part of the company’s leadership team, Zamanta is the strategic partner developing and updating the organizational structure to compliment and support the new career map. She looks at current state analysis and determines educational needs and gaps. With the help of her team, they create curriculum for professional and personal development as well as technical training to improve overall efficiencies within the organization. Zamanta is a United States Air Force veteran with over 23 years honorable service in the Information Technology and Human Resources industries. She retired in 2018 and pursued her master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change through Hawaii Pacific University. She also achieved her Senior Professional Human Resource certification through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Using her skills and experience, she is making waves in the traditional service industry. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on her novel.

Chad Slater

Field Training Manager

Chad Slater is the Field Training Manager for Caspers University, a department of Caspers Service Company. Chad is part of the leadership team spearheading curriculum development for technical training and provides mentorship and guidance to field managers and other employees. Chad is a United States Army and a United States Air Force Reserve veteran with over 30 years of honorable service working in Infantry and later in Civil Engineer. Chad has an associate degree in Electrical and Mechanical Technology through the Community College of the Air Force. He is also the only technician that is Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Master Certified. His innovative thinking allowed Caspers University to be able to teach core competencies through the use of his mobile lab and found technology that is able to translate his classes to Spanish in real time. On his spare time, Chad enjoys working on his botanical garden with his wife, working on his retro Volkswagen bus, and playing with his granddaughter, Alex.

Yesy Cruz

Director of People and Community Relations

Yesy Cruz is our newest addition to Caspers University however she is not new to Caspers. Yesy started off working in the restaurants 15 years ago. By the age of 20, she became a General Manager responsible for a staff of over 70 people. At 23, she was promoted to supervision overseeing five stores and over 350 employees. During her time with Caspers, Yesy trained over 2000 people. She’s mentored and developed at least 5 crew members into management positions. Her unique experience on the restaurant side enables her to provide insight from the customer’s perspective. She is instrumental in connecting the dots from what the customer wants to how we teach at Caspers University. She is also the bridge that connects Caspers to the community. Fostering these community relations feeds into our recruitment efforts as well as business development. On her spare time, she loves spending time with her two children, Jayden and Mia, her two bonus girls, Maxie and Aria as well as her small zoo of one dog, one turtle, six fish and three bunnies.
