Every warranty service request is submitted upon completion of repair to the equipment manufacturer for processing and review.

However, once submitted the outcome is up to the manufacturer. Often repair work does not meet the guidelines dictated by the manufacturer as warranty leading to the claim being denied. At this point, it becomes the responsibility of thee client to pay CSC for the services rendered.

You will find our credit form here that needs to be filled out prior to us doing service with your business.

Upon signing, you agree that all service work preformed by CSC if denied by the manufacturer can be collected on your credit card. It authorizes CSC to run the amount due at the time of service completion.
